At One Campus, we promote bespoke design aesthetics, green building practices, and design innovation leading to sustainable development through our architectural services and design studio.
Vision
Set up in Shekerkote, at the outskirts of Agartala town, we are an all-inclusive campus promoting traditional building crafts of the North-Eastern region through our architectural services and design studio. Rooted in bamboo innovation with an ever-expanding material palette, we merge architecture with art and aesthetics.
One Campus Sustainable Solutions Private Limited is led by the vision of its two directors who are architects by profession. They have dedicated themselves to the cause of achieving sustainable development in the North-Eastern Region (NER), through their work, knowledge and experience.

We conduct seminars & workshops for students of different Architectural & Engineering colleges throughout India. We provide hands-on learning experience on various subjects ranging from building craft techniques in this region to advanced construction details through our skilled workmen. NGOs and local semi-skilled workers also started participating and take advantages of the workshops at our estate.
In order to achieve our vision of sustainable development of the NER, ONE Campus timely engages with the stakeholders and dignitaries associated with this growth.
Participation in inter-state as well as international skills exchange programs, MOUs with organizations working towards the same interest in various ways, conducting seminars and talk series on sustainable development scope and roadblocks are among a few activities that our leadership undertakes as a part of our public outreach activities

Ar. Titan Bullet Das
Director (Operations & Design Delivery)
NIT-Tirchy alumni, he completed his master’s in Energy efficient and Sustainable Architecture. Having worked for 6 years in the architectural education and residential building sector, for Titan, design is intuitive yet based on a commitment to quality and solid research, these are the characteristics he fosters at One Campus.
Ar. Sanjeevani Veer
Director (Business Development)
A graduate of Sir J.J. College of Architecture, Mumbai and has completed her post-graduate studies at Oxford Brookes University in the UK, Sanjeevani has operated in the private and industrial building sector on a variety of projects, she has been invested in working on mediums through which architecture can be used to educate, inform and empower people through the built environment.
